ok-I finally got the courage to download pics from my phone; which is only two years old. So here is the grown up Daisy, who lives like the princess that she is!

Luckily I checked the blog and found your post. I keep trying to find a way to get notified when we put up a new post. Do y'all get notified? I send an email whenever I put up a new post cause I, myself am so sporadic about checking.
Deni's leadership! haha! Thank you kindly. I don't think of myself that way these last two decades or so. I shall however endeavor to at least partly live up to that vision. If I could just find my socks and get Linux downloaded before my XP operating system's support is completely abandoned by every online web page in the Universe, I'll get right on it.
I keep being somewhat concerned that I'm losing my mind. So... ya know... life as usual.

So good to have an Agy visit. You and Curt have been on my mind; so I am glad to see you. Think we are all just trying to rise from what feels like the ashes of our democracy. Hope all is well with Sherry in Oregonland; which I understand is covered in snow!!
Deni, we are in trouble if I am the tech wizard. I am tech challenged and a really poor wizard. But I figure if we all stick together we can muster a fully functioning human among us!!
I think you are on to something about these hard scrabble, small-town places that produce such luminous people. Nowhere to go but up kind of thing. Matt (my son) asked me where are our leaders. I think that, historically, someone great often emerges when things seem darkest. Like FDR, Lincoln, Washington, Mandela, Gandhi, Churchill, etc. Here's hoping!!
Maybe there is a way to get notified-I'll see if I can find it. I have a newly found sense of tech confidence,as I have been anointed a wizard!
